Back pain? Please help.?

I have been suffering from chronic back pain for quite a while now. It starts from the base of my neck and goes all the way down my back. It is not felt in one exact spot, but various locations. From the tops of my shoulders all the way down to my butt. It is accompanied by dizziness and a set of migraines. It feels like my back is on fire. My chest also hurts like crazy and when I lay down it is hard to breathe when I do lay down on my back so that leaves me to lay down on my side. I also have chronic migraines, muscle spasms, blackouts, nosebleeds, and my eyes twitch sometimes to the point where I have to cover them with my hands. Light also hurts my eyes as well. I seriously am starting to feel like a disabled vampire or something. *sigh*

Please help. I can't even sit up straight and my next doctor's appointment isn''t until the month is over. She put me on painkillers before, but has no idea what the root of the problem is. II personally think it's my breasts because they have been hurting a bit too. There is a dull ache in the base and sharp stabbing pains in the nipples sometimes.

What could this be? I have already been screened for breast cancer just this last month and the test came back negative.
